What did they say?

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank PDA for the excellent work done so far in the People Development space at Omnicor. I have had the pleasure of working with you and your team now for the last year, in my role as Head of People Development.

The relationship is a wonderful creative partnership, the area does require a fair amount of design work and within rather tight deadlines. To add to the pressure, Omnicor is a small organisation and does not have a huge spend for marketing and design, but PDA always makes an effort to understand that and packages our strategy accordingly.

The stand out projects for me have been the Coaching Journal and Leadership Jotter, Steve started from scratch with us and created all the design work and layout. The end product delivered way more than we had hoped for- it was professional, unique and allowed us to use much of the design work in other projects. I receive many compliments about the journals and our clients love using them. The Podcast would have to be my most favourite project which Matt took on and has really given us the courage to experiment with a totally different marketing tool. He has proved his talent and commitment both in the recording and post production.

In general I experience PDA to be up to date, knowledgeable, professional, creative, hardworking, helpful and quirky – the latter being my personal favourite quality! They provide a practical way forward for the non-technical and seem to get though huge amounts of work within a reasonable budget. As consultants, they have managed to work well with the internal project teams and build the the relationships required to get buy-in and support to implement the work.

We also make use of PDA on a regular basis to design and send out our monthly newsletters. This is a team of highly skilled and professional people that take tremendous pride in their work and their service to their clients. We would highly recommend PDA to any company!
